Q. Are you a factory or trading company?

We're a factory that focus on manufacturing electrical switch and electrical parts, especially for obsoleted parts.

Q. Could I get  a  free sample?

Yeah, you can get a free sample as a wholersaler or importer, but we probably charge the air freight according to sample's weight.

Q. Do you have a MOQ demand?

If we have products in stock upon your order, there is no MOQ. Otherwise we probably request a very low MOQ to meet the production demand.

Q. What's your lead time?

Usually it's 3-4weeks for the without stocked products.

Q. How do you ship the goods out?

Usually we ship the goods according to customer's demand, there are sea shipping and air shipping.

Q. Could you ship the goods to the door?

We can send the goods to customer's door through our forwarder, that means our customers don't need to do anything except for receiving goods.

Q. What's your payment term?

Usually our payment term is 30% T/T in addvance, and balance before shipment or against the copy of Bill of loading.

Q. Could I get a warranty for your products?

We provide 12months for all products.

Q. How do you control the product quality?

We excute Incoming inspection, process inspection, and outgoing inspection for all orders.

Q. Could you customize products?

Customizing proudcts are one of our main business, we request drawngs or samples from customers.

Q. What's your work schedule?

We work from Monday to Saturday at 8:30am to 5:30pm. For urgent thing, pls get in touch with us any time.
